Pushing through Lack of Motivation

I’ve had a lack of motivation day. I have pulled through and did a little something of a few things. Spent eight minutes doing Yoga, five minutes learning Italian and three minutes doing session one of Headspace.

Considering I’ve felt like I’ve done nothing but watch telly. I’ve worked towards three of my goals. O wait, actually four goals. Seeing as I started my module three of my NVQ. Then there are the two and half hours of work I did.

The good thing about writing things down. You can see what you’ve done or can be grateful for. Even though my motivation or lack of it, plus my tiredness being set too high today. I was able to push through to do a little of something.

As the yoga teacher says on her channel. A little can go along way.

Another thing I’ve just remembered. I’ve caught up with my mileage. Now I just need to continue doing parts of it every so often and I can get to where I wanna be.
