Goals and Bucket List

This is the list of all the goals I’ve set myself and the things I would like to complete within my lifetime. Accomplished.

  1. Relax in a bath > I want to be in it for at least 20 minutes. O and no one else in the room.
  2. Think of a blog name > My Mind Medicine (2017)
  3. Relaxation Techniques
  4. Reduce telly watching. Have no telly days
  5. No Chocolate
  6. Learn a New Language
  7. Learn Sign Language
    1. Complete the Introductory BSL course from British Sign
    2. Own BSL Video series
  8. Develop a daily journal habit (2017)
  9. Exercise at least 3x a week
  10. Practice mindfulness
  11. Embrace my emotions
  12. Do the things that scare me
  13. Slow my breathing down to 10 breaths a minute
  14. Completing my Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care
  15. Complete The Courage Council (2017)
  16. Complete Postive Steps counselling work (2017)
  17. Start (2017) and complete my notes for Mental Health First Aid book
  18. Start (2017) and complete my Overcoming: Anxiety, Stress and Panic: A Five Areas Approach workbook
  19. Exquisite Self-Care
  20. Make Personal Ground Rules (2017) 
  21. Work on my Shift Plan (October 2017 – 2018) with a 1 Year Review October 2018
  22. Remove all social media accounts by Dec 31st, 2017 (2017)
  23. Own our own home
  24. Complete Advanced Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Course
  25. Try a Kickboxing Class
  26. Try a Poledancing Class
  27. Go see Colbie Caillat in Concert
  28. Go see Demi Lovato in Concert
  29. Go Skydiving
  30. Get over my fear of driving in the snow
  31. Complete Ultimate Coach Programme
  32. Start a Life Coach Business
  33. Help Others Evolve, Feel Free and Experience Joy

Travel Goals

  1. Visit Monkey World
  2. Visit Universal, Orlando, Florida
  3. Visit New York
  4. Visit Germany to go to a German Christmas Market
  5. Visit Canada

Ground Rules

  1. Don’t back out of plans or make excuses due to something “better” coming up. Side Note: If I don’t want to go. Don’t agree in the first place.
  2. Say no to the things that don’t resonate with me / I don’t believe in.
  3. Share my opinions and concerns.
  4. Focus on one task at a time
  5. Schedule ME TIME each week. Stick to it!
  6. Have Integrity
  7. Try new things
