Goals and Bucket List

This is the list of all the goals I’ve set myself and the things I would like to complete within my lifetime. Accomplished.

  1. Relax in a bath > I want to be in it for at least 20 minutes. O and no one else in the room.
  2. Think of a blog name > My Mind Medicine (2017)
  3. Reduce telly watching. Have no telly days
  4. No Chocolate
  5. Learn a New Language
  6. Learn Sign Language
    1. Complete the Introductory BSL course from British Sign 2018
    2. Develop own BSL Video series by the end of 2018
    3. Complete BSL Taster Class
    4. Complete BSL Level 1 Qualification
  7. Develop a daily journal habit (2017)
  8. Exercise at least 3x a week
  9. Practice mindfulness
  10. Embrace my emotions
  11. Do the things that scare me
  12. Completing my Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care by June 2018
  13. Complete The Courage Council (2017)
  14. Complete Postive Steps counselling work (2017)
  15. Start (2017) and complete my notes for Mental Health First Aid book
  16. Start (2017) and complete my Overcoming: Anxiety, Stress and Panic: A Five Areas Approach workbook
  17. Exquisite Self-Care
  18. Make Personal Ground Rules (2017) 
  19. Work on my Shift Plan (October 2017 – 2018) with a 1 Year Review October 2018
  20. Remove all social media accounts by Dec 31st, 2017 (2017)
  21. Own our own home by the end of 2019
  22. Try a Kickboxing Class
  23. Try a Poledancing Class
  24. Go see Colbie Caillat in Concert
  25. Go see Demi Lovato in Concert
  26. Go Skydiving
  27. Get over my fear of driving in the snow (2018) 
  28. Start a Life Coach Business
    1. Complete the Ultimate Coach Programme
    2. Complete Advanced Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Course
    3. Complete Certificate Level 2 in Life Coaching
    4. Complete the Business Program with FutureLearn
    5. Complete the Self-Awareness Coach Course with Future Learn (2018)
  29. Develop a Meditation Practice
  30. Develop a Yoga Practice
  31. Help Others Evolve, Feel Free and Experience Joy

Travel Goals

  1. Visit Monkey World (2018) 
  2. Visit Universal, Orlando, Florida
  3. Visit New York over New Year
  4. Visit Germany to go to a German Christmas Market
  5. Visit Canada
  6. Visit Italy

Ground Rules

  1. Don’t back out of plans or make excuses due to something “better” coming up. Side Note: If I don’t want to go. Don’t agree in the first place.
  2. Say no to the things that don’t resonate with me / I don’t believe in.
  3. Share my opinions and concerns.
  4. Focus on one task at a time
  5. Schedule ME TIME each week. Stick to it!
  6. Have Integrity
  7. Try new things
