My Life List

I’m one of those with a Bucket List; here on My Mind Medicine, I call it a Life List. Every day I’m thinking what shall I do with my life, figuring out who I am and what I want to do is an ongoing process.  But I want to dream and dream big. I want to live a wholehearted life and I want to do it on my terms!

My dreams and goals get added to, deleted from and tweaked regularly. I hope it to inspire life choices and holidays. It’s a life for me to come look at to remind me what I am dreaming of, my values and who I want to be; more so when I’m losing sight of that. My list changes because I do too; I grow through the choices I make and the personal developments I undertake; both successes and failures. Whether these get accomplished or not, the point is I am getting out of my comfort zone and trying to live my life, my way.

  7. Complete my Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care by June 2018 (June 2018)

    2. Learn to Meditate – Meditate 30 minutes every day for a year
    3. Embrace my Emotions

  14. Remove all social media accounts by Dec 31st, 2017 (2017)

  17. Buy a brand new car
  18. Try a Kickboxing Class

  21. Go see Demi Lovato in Concert (June 2018)
  22. See Eddie Hall Compete at a Strongman Event (I have seen him be a commentator at Britain’s Strongest Man 2019)

  25. Go scuba diving
  26. Get over my fear of driving in the snow (2018)
  27. Complete the Ultimate Coach Programme
  28. Complete Certificate Level 2 in Life Coaching (2018)
